Magnificent location, within 15 minutes walk to Ventura. Efficient staff especially the receptionists, fully-equipped rooms with a double bed.

I was upgraded to a nice styled and reasonably large room with a double bed. A huge variety of outstanding food, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The location offered was favourable so close to the actual beach and the main restaurant and the Bentota Ganga. The atmosphere created was family.

Beautiful beachfront hotel with incredible pool and grounds. Good variety of food at buffet area. Sports facilities available although showing signs of age. Great place to view a beautiful sunset. Railway station nearby for easy transportation. Helpful and friendly staff. 3 pools and big kids play area make it ideal for families with children. Renovated and very clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a beautiful location on the coast. The best aspects were the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a great view of the garden and pool area. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our trip, with a massive amount of options to choose from. We also loved that the hotel was just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were all top-notch. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff members, especially the receptionists, were very friendly. Everything was fantastic. Our suite with a big balcony was arranged nicely. We also appreciated having the convenience of an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware available.

The location of this beachside hotel is ideal, with the Indian Ocean on one side and the Bentota river on the other. It offers a perfect playground for a variety of watersports, making it a fantastic destination during the high season. The restaurants provide a stunning view of the river, adding to the overall dining experience. The rooms are equipped with free wifi and come with complimentary bottles of water, tea, and coffee.

There is one downside to this otherwise beautiful hotel. The pricing is slightly higher compared to other hotels in the area.

My holiday was amazing! The complementary breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the beach and access to all the water sports we wanted to try. The pristine rooms were an additional advantage that made our stay more comfortable.

The check-in and check-out process was extremely slow, and there were too many documents to sign. It would have been great to simplify these processes to save time.

The beach at this hotel is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. We loved the park-like area between the hotel and the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The swimming pool was great, and there were plenty of water activities available by the river. The staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we checked in.

The beach at Cinnamon was absolutely stunning. The crystal-clear water and pristine sand made for a perfect day of relaxation. Despite the lack of sunbeds and umbrellas, the natural beauty of the beach made up for it. The breathtaking views were well worth it, even without the amenities typically expected at a 5-star resort. I highly recommend Cinnamon for its fantastic beach experience.
